Keane Here I Come !

Ever since I heard Everybody’s Changing and This Is The Last Time somewhat casually playing on the radio we always seem to have on at home, I slowly fell in love with KEANE (?). It didn’t take long before I got my hands on their album ‘Hopes & Fears’, I played it over and over again - memorizing the lyrics and singing along. With the release of their second album ‘Under The Iron Sea’ I couldn’t hide it anymore, I am a fan - I love KEANE! :oops: I love their sound, the lyrics, the fact three men can produce such lovely music… *aaahhhhhh*

Sadly I already missed their sold-out concerts in The Netherlands, but yesterday I learned KEANE was coming back to The Netherlands on November 7 this year and the tickets would go on sale on 10:00 A.M. this morning :shock: I’m broke as hell, it’s so hard tickets go on sale months before the actual event and I always seem to be broke *sigh* But desperate times call for desperate measures :mad: I surfed to TicketService and with my last euro’s I purchased a ticket :cry: I’m dead!

I can never stick to a budget, wait - I do follow my planned budget. Currently all my money is tied up in other things, like paying off my vacation and new books for school. So there isn’t much room for other things *sigh* What about my parents? :neutral: Yeah~ I can ask them for money, especially my dad doesn’t mind helping me out. I needed black sneakers or something close to that and I asked my mom and dad if they could buy them for me. I planned on buy ‘cheap & cheerful’ ones, but my dad didn’t approve. So he ended up buying Le Coq Sportif (?) for me, double the money I planned on spending for shoes *sigh*

So what happend to ‘Baito GAL‘ anyway? I only received € 50,- for that 10 hours job. I was really de-motivated :cry: and didn’t feel like working at the TT Circuit anymore. That weekend I also celebrated my birthday, so I thought it was more fun to do some pie shopping :P BUT I will be working tonight! I got a call from the employment agency, er - ok I got 3 calls in total. And I decided to accept a catering job at Euroborg during the practice match between FC Groningen and FC Porto! I hope I won’t run into hooligans ;) *eeeeeeep*

Ohhh Lydia I received your letter on thursday - so that was pretty quick :mrgreen: I plan on sending my letter on monday or tuesday!
