Walnut Tree
After using my Indulgence theme for a very very long time, I finally decided to put up a new theme. Inspired by those clear winter nights (perfect for watching stars) and the song Walnut Tree by Keane. The theme has some flaws, but I think it turned out quite well… 
So I will be using it through winter. My favorite colors are pink and brown so I’m almost sure I will return to that next year and finally step away from my usual silhouette layouts 
I might need to tweak the theme a bit here and there ~ so don’t panic when something looks kinda strange nnnnkay?!!

Even though I wrote about finally getting a CanCam subscription starting from August I had to push it back because of the high costs of all the new studybooks I had to buy. Yesterday I finally finished the final step of my subscription 
that means I will finally be able to share some lovely fashion scans with you on a monthly basis 
The Japanese Bookstore will send me the # 1 issue of 2007 by mail on Friday, so I hope I will be able to scan the first pages on Saturday. If not you can enjoy some scans of an older CanCam issue here!
24 hours
The last 24 hours have been so cozy and sweet 
Yesterday Klaas visited me in Leiden since I visited him in Amsterdam last week. He said it was the 2nd time in a row he cancelled a night out with his man friends because of me But I guess somehow he knows I’m already missing him and I’m enjoying every second we can spend together. During Xmas and New Year he will be staying with his family abroad and at the end of January he will go to Madrid for 5 or 6 months… *sigh*
After a not too heavy dinner we took a nice hot bubble bath We forgot to do that the last time he came round. I love using the Au Lait range from Scottish Fine Soaps! The bathing milk is sooooo soft for your skin and the way it smells *aaaahhh* The body butter is even better, it makes your skin feel soft but the scent is light so you can use your favorite parfume. Klaas enjoyed the bath too, we kinda forgot you have to use less water when 2 people are sitting in a bathtub 
After soaking for about an hour we were able to get a great night’s rest.
The next day we got up around 10 pm 
my roommate already went to college! Klaas remembered playing Playboy: The Mansion the last time he visited. Of course he wanted to play again, since he saved his game data *ugh* Last week I was able to finish my written assignment on Klaas’ laptop so I could hand it in before the deadline. He sat next to me and read a book - he waited patiently for me to finish. So I could not refuse him to play a little PTM - he ended up staying the whole day !!! 
While I was studying me new Social Psychology book he tried to make new friends and get another issue of Playboy published.
Time flies when you’re having fun So Klaas ended up having dinner at my place again. I bought him his favorite tiramisu dessert because he had been so sweet all day I’m a pudding lover myself, but tiramisu is good too 
プリンはおいしいですね。 After 24 hours it was time for him to get back to Amsterdam. Klaas decided to take the bus to Leiden CS which leaves at the busstop infront of my appartment. So I was able to wave at him before the bus arrived and whisked him away

Convoitise .org
Next to blogging I also love to run sites like fanlistings and fansites. Even though hosting them on a subdomain was really easy, I decided to give them a place of their own. I really want to develop pour-soi.net purely as a personal domain with my blog and a photobox with my favorite photos Some time ago I purchased a new domain, convoitise.org (!) - again based on a French word. Convoitise means something like ambition, desire and envie. Somehow I thought it was the perfect name for a website collective…
I finally found the time to set up Wordpress and finish the layout. It’s a darker, warmer and maybe a little more sexy layout than the one I have on pour-soi.net. The layout was inspired by Coca-cola and my parents plans for a trip to Bali I’m currently still busy with the content and moving my fanlistings over to the new domain. I’ve decided to use Wordpress as a content management system and focus less on the blog ability, let’s see how that works Anyway, be sure to drop by sometime in te future, nnnkay?
