The Day After

:saylove:
I hope everyone had a very nice Valentine’s Day ~ mine was filled with classes till 19h00 so it wasn’t really romantic. But I did receive 2 Valentine’s Days text messages AND I talked to Klaas on the phone *sigh* It’s weird to listen to his voice and suddenly realize you’re not paying attention to what he says, but just the sound of his voice. We shouldn’t be calling that much since it’s kinda expensive and he’s not using Skype because he has no internet connection at his new place
:ugh:
I really got what I wished for when I said I wanted to be busy with classes so I won’t miss Klaas too much - I’m engulfed in assignments! *ack* I currently follow ‘Internal Organizational Communication’, ‘Communication Policy’ and a practicum class ‘Literature & Emperic Research’ at UvA. At Leiden University I’m currently busy with Japanese Conversation and Urban Anthroplogy. At first I thought my ‘Communication Policy’ practicum teacher was strict, but he’s kinda ok. I still need to get used to the fact practicum teachers are only a few years older than I am
:tune: Fortunately he isn’t THAT cute… aheheh - what am I talking about?
I think I’m falling in love with …
Razor Light !!! (yes, for today my brains are fried)
[edit] Woops~ I forgot Lydia tagged me to list 10 Things about me:
- I love to watch people drop their jaws when I pop-out my PSP and watch movies in the train instead of carrying a small mp3 player
- :saylove:
I’m secretly obsessed with everything that’s SONY related. - Before studying Japanese I drove my parents insane by screaming along with all my favorite L’Arc~en~Ciel songs even though I didn’t fully understand them.
- I can eat a whole pack of cookies in 15 minutes.
- In High School most of my friends were guys, I adopted their *huhuhu* (low tone of voice) way of laughing!
- Even though I think guys who say they only like blonde girls are lame, I actually prefer blonde (guys) too *wooops*
- I think the Pussycat Dolls have great bodies, I admire their work-out spirit
- I love to sing a long, only when I know nobody hears me.
- My first crush was the leadsinger of A-HA after seeing the ‘Take on Me’ video.
- Klaas has nicknamed me “The Nun” because I believe having a strong self-image and sexual confidence, isn’t translated into sleeping with loads of guys - but choosing the right person to invest your mind, body and soul in. Someone who truly cares about you.
I’m not going to pass the baton, since I already did this with my 5 Things post. [/edit]

It’s crappy when you don’t have unlimited phone capabilities. Mike & I spent a summer like that where we could barely talk b/c of phone bills.
I’ve never heard of Razor Light before. I need to check em out!

It’s great that you talked to him. HAHA don’t feel anything bad about it. It just means you miss him.

Too bad that you guys can’t talk on the phone so much because of the $$…. Don’t worry, soon he’ll have internet connection set up and you can use Skype to talk to him.
I strongly agree with point 10! You know, I’m more of the oldfashioned girl. lol

It sounds like you had a relatively good V-day… text messages, and a call from Klaas.
Haha, watching movies on a PSP… I usually whip out my iPod and watch anime on it instead of listen to movies on it. Watching movies while on a train, or on your way to class is really fun ^_^

Your site is gorgeous! I really love the layout!
I’ll definately be coming back. I really like Japanese as a language and a culture, that’s great your teacher keeps class in Japanese.

Haha it sounds like we’re in the same boat. My boyfriend is gone away for 7 more months so I’m glad I have so many classes to keep my mind off of him.

Well, I suppose being busy really makes it easier on missing someone. You don’t notice it as much.
