Man In Suit
I stayed the whole week at my parents’ place after picking up my mom and sister from the airport on Monday 
I didn’t have any classes and decided I could also study for my finals in my hometown. Staying in my hometown would also mean I would be able to do some quiet shopping without the usual business of Amsterdam. My mom got me Kenzo Flower since I talked about buying it somewhere around X-mas, but never actually buy it 
I also got some new make-up and accessories. The earrings match perfectly with my ethnic dress and the flower hairpins are so perfect for those sunny days ~ *ahhh*
I never thought I would meet a cute guy while shopping for trousers with my dad in my hometown! My sister always goes shopping with my dad, they go out and have some coffee. I think shopping with my dad is kinda boring, especially since it takes so long before he decides what to buy! 
:ugh: But this time I felt like taking a break from studying so I went with my dad to one of his 3 favorite stores. My dad was looking for some new trousers and a very stylish guy helped him pick out a nice pair. I was sitting on a chair being the ‘obedient daughter’ - waiting patiently, taking in the surroundings…
While my dad was trying on several trousers the guy tried to strike up a conversation - with me *gulp* He commented about how great the weather was and how lucky I was for having a day off. He asked if I already had to go to school or maybe had to go to work later that day 
I replied I was in the middle of studying for some finals. So he asked where I went to school. I told him about my studies and it turns out he studied Law in Amsterdam at the same university! He didn’t like Amsterdam and after four years he returned home 
It was kinda weird to chat away with the guy while my dad was trying on new trousers *ugyuu*
Nothing interesting happend after my dad picked out the trousers he wanted. But I found out the guy is a regular worker in the store after my dad had to buy a matching jacket today. My mom and dad went in for quick purchase and I joined them after browsing a local gamestore :cafe: :cake: Even though my dad already payed for his purchase he offered us some tea and coffee. Unfortunately my parents refused, because they still had other things to do 
Ugh~ better stay clear from the store for a while, don’t want to become all stalker like! But I must admit he’s so handsome - aahhhh~

Today we had to adjust our clocks to DST One hour less sleep ~ it’s so unnatural! And I still have so much to do ~ *sigh* I always try to be a good girl and study hard, to help me prepare for 3 finals I made a studyplan. So far I’m able to stick to it, I really want to get some healthy grades on the next finals. But, like always, I’m also happy with a sufficient grade Ahehehe~
My mother and sister are on a short vacation to Istanbul, so I spend some quality time with my dad this weekend. We went to a performance of Stamping (!) which was really spectaculair! My dad rented The Devil Wears Prada because there weren’t any interesting movies on TV 
my brother sat down to watch it with us! And I thought it was more of a ‘girls’ movie *gulp* Unfortunately my mom and sister don’t have a great time in Istanbul. They had some troubles because they hotel made an error with their booking so they had to stay in another hotel for one night. Also the people aren’t really friendly my mom was really dissappointed. I’m glad they’re returning home tomorrow.
I also purchased tickets to Tiësto’s Elements of Life show :love: I’m so excited even though the show is at the start of June. I’m already worrying about what to wear and such 
That reminds me - I need to make a list of what clothes I want to wear during my trip to Madrid Klaas already told me the temperature is pretty good, so — kyaaaa~
Luckily there are always HOT fashion magazines out there to help you get some inspiration. I’ve added scans of the latest CanCam May editition to the visitor section! My subscription would end with the June issue, but my dad was so sweet to pay my renewal till the end of the year :saylove: 
My favorite model Moe Oshikiri has moved over to AneCan magazine - which is a sister magazine of CanCam for women over the age of 25 who still love cute fashion, but also want a bit more adult fashion style. But since I’m still in my early 20s I’ll stick to CanCam, maybe I’ll try to get my hands on an AneCan issue and eventually get a subscription after landing my first serious job

Tired
It’s amazing how the change in weather can effect me - for the last 2 days I have been so tired :zzz: During the weekend I think I got enough hours of sleep, but I guess my diet is a bit off. I’m back on my vitamins! I didn’t go to class today, but instead of staying inside and feel even more tired I decided to clean up my room and do some grocery shopping. I also went to the bookstore to get a book by William W. Kelly (?) for my Japanese Urban Anthropology class. It’s about fans and consumer culture in contemporary Japan - pretty interesting, but sometimes hard to read…
I’m glad I handed in the joint paper about Sex in the Media yesterday I will be able to relax somewhat. During the second half of this semester we’ll have to extend our literature study with empirical research! I’m looking forward to it. But first there are some finals coming up and my trip to Madrid of course ~ I talked to Klaas on the phone last night :saylove: Even though I don’t want to call him much because it’s so expensive it feels so nice to chat with him. And he’s such a jerk for not getting internet at his place so we’re able to msn or use Skype. But with a monthly rent of € 400,- I really don’t blame him for not wanting extra expenses.
He’s doing great physical wise, I was amazed his libido didn’t get to him He laughed at me when I told him I had some trouble! Bwahh~ :ugh: Of course he also noticed cute girls around him, just like me suddenly noticing all the cute guys. I even think one of the NOS newsreaders is totally HOT - his mouth is gorgeous! If you want to spot him, be sure to watch the early news editions Hahaha~ sorry this isn’t going anywhere - better hit the sack early this evening!
