Push it further !
Today I can feel somewhat accomplished ~ yesterday I had my presentation about the Dutch videogame industry - unfortunately we weren’t able to reach people from the industry (they never send us a reply), but the presentation is DONE! I must say I found it hard to connect with non-gamers, all the girls in my group really thought games were still ‘just games’ *sigh* And because we had not much time left for our presentation I felt a little flustered - so I guess I was totally stuttering at times 
Oh well ~
Today we held a survey at a school of ROC Flevoland for our research about videoclips and the sexual socialization of Dutch youth. We managed to process the data and only have to analyze it with SPSS - statistical analysis software. But we still have to push our limits to complete the project *sigh* We really think it’s an interesting subject, but it’s hard to research with our little knowledge being simple first year students and we have a very strict teacher. Hahaha~ it’s definitely a challenge

Finals are coming up too ~ *gulp* Time is flying! But before I really have to study hard I’m going to a concert of my favorite dj this saturday - Tiësto also featured with his hot looks on the current layout !!!! :saylove: 
I’m thinking about changing my outfit and wear something else to the concert - ack ~ So many stuff to think about Hahaha~ I’m off!
Two x CanCam
It took some time, but I finally uploaded the scans of CanCam’s June ‘07 and July ‘07 editions ~ You can find them and older issues in the Scans section !!! And a big SORRY to those who are still waiting for their scans

Mixed Feelings
This morning I phoned Klaas to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY :twinkle: 
Thinking he was in Madrid spending time with his parents because he told me they would come and visit him. I got a somewhat sleepy Klaas on the phone saying he had to ‘tell me something’ *gulp* My heart skipped a beat ~ Because my phone bill was 4 times the normal rate last month I didn’t call him in Madrid anymore, we only mailed a little… So what could have happened - what did he have to tell me on this happy go lucky day - on his birthday?
He told me that yesterday was his grandfather’s funeral and he had thought about asking me to come to the ceremony. His grandfather had passed away on Sunday - even though he had a stroke before, it was still sudden. Klaas’ grandfather was such a friendly person. I talked to him a couple of times at those family days. When Klaas and I were still in high school and were dating he always wanted us to visit him and his wife and go to an amusement park together. Also he used to ask Klaas how I or ‘we’ were doing… 
It is sad having to miss him ~
There was something else - Klaas is in The Netherlands right now! He will stay in our hometown this weekend and return to Madrid on Monday. So we’re definitely going to meet up during the weekend somehow it fills my heart with so much joy and it hit me: I have missed our stupid philosophical conversations, our endless discussions about politics, joking around - him. やっぱりクラス君は私の親友です。週末に絶対会います!!! わあああい~ 嬉しいです。
On a lighter note - I had lunch with my sister at Amsterdam Zuid WTC (?) where a lot of companies are situated, e.g. headoffice of ABN-AMRO. We decided to lunch at WAGAMAMA a modern noodle restaurant. I had a great time watching all the cute guys in black suits :saylove: 
My sister always tries to spot Japanese people, but she always seems to encounter Chinese. When we went into WTC we immediately bumped into two Japanese men !!! My sister and I looked at eachother with a big grin not trying to laugh because that wouldn’t be appropriate hahaha~
