:P Kyaaaa~ sometimes you’re brain just stops functioning for a couple of minutes when you’re studying hard for exams. While I waited for my brain to come ‘back online’ I decided to do the The Dating Persona Test, here are my results:

Mom, I’m OK !

:P Mothers can be such a pain, but in the end they are so sweet too… *sigh*

Today I went to Amsterdam to hand in the big research paper at university, on my way back to Leiden my mom called me on Amsterdam Central Station. You can imagine it was hard to hear her on the other end of the phone since it’s always so busy there :mad: :ugh: I won’t be going to my hometown this weekend so I can study in solitude at my student apartment. My mom told me my parents would visit my sister on saturday and asked if I could also come round. I told her a little flustered I planned on staying in Leiden because I was BUSY with studying not just for fun and next to that I can’t use my OV during the weekend…

My mom offered to pay for the trainticket, but I said I REALLY needed to study for my exams. So she got a little mad :neutral: :evil: awwwww~ I really felt sorry for saying no, but well exams first - right? I think my mom misses me at home, now that my father has retired she’s outnumbered at home when it comes to *GIRL POWER* :cool: My brother and father versus my mom *eeeep* She does talk to my sister on the phone almost everyday. But haha~ she has 2 very different daughters with 2 very different personalities and range of topics to talk about :P

In the train back to Leiden I decided to send her a short text message saying I would come home next week, would visit Amsterdam one more day and stay in our hometown for almost 1,5 months during summerbreak. I think she would be able to enjoy an ‘Aleida-free’ weekend :P I got a message back telling me it sounded as music to her ears to have an ‘Aleida-free’ weekend, hahaha~ Seriously moms can be so sweet! :lol: So don’t worry mom - I’m OK !!! I will be home next week so we can chat about the neighbours, the house, the dirty laundry *sigh*

9,5 ?!!

:shock: Yesterday I learned I received a 9.5 for my ‘analyse SPSS data’ assignment! *gulp* It is even the highest grade in my practicum group ~ I really can’t believe it yet … hahaha~ I always thought I was a big idiot when it comes to analyzing data (numbers), but I might be a whole lot better than I thought. Monday my project group will finally finish our long research assignment with a small presentation. It was really loads of work and also very interesting - I really hope our efforts will pay off in the end :( We have a very strict teacher *sigh*

After visiting Tiësto’s Concert (!) the week went by very very fast. I spend most of my time on the project, study for my finals and of course in Second Life. Haha~ so not much has happend :P The only thing I want to do this weekend is relax and think of nothing at all ~
