A little shopping

It’s been a while since I went shopping, so when my mom asked me to come along into town with her and my father - I said yes
There was sale everywhere, but I was able to hold in. I have enough summer items and I want to save my money for clothes for after summervacation, when a new college year starts *gulp* I helped my mom look for something in black but bumped into a black jumpsuit in my size instead! Hahaha~ I love jumpsuits like that and … I love to wear shorts too! I also saw this cute summer dress, I love the print on it :saylove:
My dad was shopping for some new dress shirts and told me he would pay for my clothes, since it was sale and all…
:clover: LUCKY!
As a birthday present, my sister bought me a lovely soft pink scarf, a pink pearl necklace and two wood carved bracelets from Indonesia - or so the woman from the store said
Usually my sister has difficulty finding a cute gift I like because our taste in clothes is sooooo different. She likes to wear sportshoes and somewhat more boyish clothes. Ahh~ I like boy stuff too, especially the accessories like caps and leather wristbands, but I’m more into feminine clothes
 Blame it on CanCam fashionmag! It seems this year my sister did get it right without me giving her too much hints, I only told her: “pink, cute & romantic — stuff.”
:tune: I told her if it would be too hard, she could always buy me a DVD or a videogame - but she didn’t want that at all *wuhahaha*
Through Second Life I’ve met a very sweet German guy! Even though I can read and speak a little german, writing it is … kinda hard for me
So I’ve decided to brush up my German language skills a little more. To help me with that I bougth an issue of Cosmopolitan DE Edition
:twinkle: hahaha~ what a good excuse to buy another fashion magazine *tee-hee* I also bought a cute little notebook to make some notes in. Ahh~ that’s what I like about Second Life, being able to make international friends - go clubbing like you would normally do AND learn from it too
huuuray for virtual worlds ~

En ik heb ook eens de Duitse Cosmo gekocht, maar ik vond hem toch vrij ingewikkeld, ik houd het maar bij de Engelse ![]()
that jump suit is cute.. although i dont think i can buy that since it’ll probably go out of style in a few years plus if i do gain weight, i cant wear it anymore ![]()
oh gosh I love your photos! so pretty items!! yeah, you’re right!! sales seems to be like everywhere!! haha!
Last week I bought way too many summer clothes…. However, looking at the current weather I wonder if I will be able to wear them or not.
a German guy? hahaha! That’s too cute! If you need some help with German, just contact me! ![]()
I need a new webcam, haha. Anyway, I loooove the black top and the Cosmopolitan magazine. I always buy that magazine here. I haven’t been shopping in forever and I need to go, but that’s not going to happen until the weekend. That’s good your sister did good on your gift shopping this year, the stuff she got you is cute!
Lovely clothes!
Gaaah…I really need new tops. But sadly, I don’t have the money to buy new clothes right now. But my best friend bought me a new red jacket when she got her first paycheck. Yay! ^_^
ah, i am so jealous of all of your recent purchases!
hehe, at least one of us is able to try on a bunch of new clothes the next few days! that’s funny; when i first saw the photos, i just glanced at the cosmo and didn’t even realize it was in german. good luck with brushing up on your german!
i love everything you bought! and the notebook is really cute.
good luck with your german, hopefully the comso will help you out!! =D
pink, cute & romantic hehe i think your sister nailed it! it does look very cute! ah i read about Second Life.. how good is it?
I’ve heard lots of stuff about Second Life, I wish I could join but I don’t want to spend money on it. However, I think that learning languages through magazines it’s a great idea, I know my little bit of german because of music magazines. All those things you have bough look absolutely gorgeous!
Thanks for your comment btw. I do enjoy playing music and dancing around the house in summer, I guess that’s how I remember which songs I enjoyed most. Happy days.
Everything you got is so adorable. I especially love that notebook, it’s so cute.
I think German would be a really hard language to learn. Just because it’s so rough, at least I think. I never though of learning a language through a magazine. That would be very interesting to try….
cute notebook!
I love cherries. in a way it stinks that your sister & you dress differently, but then again it doesn’t - because then you guys can try new things! I love Germans - mostly because I love to hear them talk. ;x
Oh I love your cherry stuff - I love everything cherry stuff and I’m not even into super cuteness things. Good choice though.
Those are some cool stuff you bought there! I especially love the notebook. I have a friend who loves collecting diaries, but I love writing in notebooks and using them as diaries.
Good luck brushing up on your Germany. I think it’s definitely a valid reason for buying another fashion magazine! Hey, if you can look at clothes AND learn a new language, that’s a definite bonus!
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

Ah, nice stuff at all! The summer dress and the black jump suite are looking really cute…
In my humble opinion I have to say that you are really good in german language - writing too!

So don’ t mind
I think a lot of german people have more problems with it than you XD
Haha, you’re really self-effacing
