Hortus Botanicus

Because I’m still in shock by the latest news around the Tour de France
this time a post with pictures made during happier times. Last week Klaas stayed a few days with me in Leiden. Even though we had some stupid discussions we also had some fun
We went to the Hortus Botanicus in Leiden - free to visit for all Leiden U students and people with a museum year card…

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t really good
the Hortus is simply beautiful when the sun is out and the temperature is a little more warm. But I was glad I visited it again and showed it Klaas. He really liked and thought it was fun to take some pictures. At the little Japanese garden Klaas made a picture of me, but when I wanted to make one of him he didn’t want to
hahaha~ a little camera shy? On our way back home we came across a store with just the hottest clothing I have ever seen! A sushi T-shirt and burmuda shorts *woooffffff*
Just too hot!

Hortus Botanicus seems like a really beautiful place! It looks extremely peaceful. I wish I had somewhere like that nearby
The sushi clothing is adorable! HA! I’d wear (…maybe…or…).

That place looks beautiful! It’s never quite as nice in a garden when it’s not sunny out, but it’s kind of a new perspective if you’ve already been there. And don’t worry, my boyfriend never gets his picture taken…except the couple times I made him on vacation last year and that was with me in the picture too lol. Glad you at least had a little bit of fun!
