La Musica Electronica
I just had to share the following song with you
i it’s so HAWT !!! Hahahaha~
It must be because I’m so much with Louis these days that he’s started to rub off on me
*tee-hee* In a good way people - in a good way
As I wrote before Louis is a RL DJ too and is very much into Italo. He used to have his own radioshow AND has been playing Italo since 1984 or something. That’s as long as I’ve been alive - R.E.S.P.E.C.T !!!
Soon after I heared some songs on his own Freestyle FM radiostation I realized loads of the poppy Japanese songs I love are inspired by Italo too! Next to that one of my favorite ’so bad it’s good’ songs Vamos a la Playa sung by Righeira is Italo too - even though the Italian guys sing in Spanish. After researching Righeira a bit I stumbled upon their official website and a song kicked in …
Visit ww.righeira.com and listen to La Musica Electronica !!!
Ma che musica es DIABOLICA ~ Now the tune is simply stuck in my head *gulp* After 20 years not being active at all Righeira returned last year with a new single! They even performed LIVE at a TV music show
I went back to their best of album and listened to some of their old stuff, but damn - the old stuff so inspires the new stuff! I love how (electronic) music has evolved and somehow still keeps the good stuff !!!
PSP & Cigarettes
Now that I live in my hometown I travel more than I did when I still lived in Leiden. Using public transport brings me pretty close to strangers, close enough to huuu ’smell’ them
Sometimes that’s not such a bad thing. Remember my rendezvous with The French Guy ? *tee-hee* Who simply smelled very very goooood !!!
Yesterday I travelled back home after working in Amsterdam. Work went pretty good, I only had a 3 hours shift and I had to work through data instead of answering phonecalls. Don’t get me wrong - answering calls is fun, but sometimes it’s very hard when people are mad for the wrong reasons
I had to help 2 customers in RL that had come in to check their lottery tickets. They were very friendly so it was easy sailing ~
I always sit in a 2 seater in the train and at Zwolle a guy came sitting next to me. I had my iPod plugged in and was somewhat asleep. Suddenly he popped out his PSP
and started watching a movie. I’m a real gamer girl so I love guys with a PSP
I tried to stay as calm as possible not revealing my gamer girl nature *lol* And again I picked up his scent *gulp* A mixture of cigarettes, eau de cologne and GUY
Hahaha I know that sounds so crazy ~ Even though I don’t like cigarettes the mixture of it all smelled somewhat OK
Or was it the hidden pheromones - I have no clue !!!
Watch it!
Today I needed to go to the optometrist (?) to check my eyesight. He again talked about getting laser surgery, but I reminded him last time I visited him he also did a quickscan to see if my cornea was thick enough to support the laser surgery -and it wasn’t. He looked at me and said he wanted to check it again
So I had to take out my lenses and again measure my cornea with a special thingie *gahhhh*
Of course the result was the same but I already knew it. I told him I seriously didn’t mind if I wasn’t able to get any laser surgery. I have been wearing contactlenses for almost 10 years so … not getting any laser surgery wouldn’t change much for me *lol* Still he felt a little disappointed and said he wished it was possible. He noticed my watch on my wrist and commented that it was a beautiful watch. He asked me what brand it was and if he could take a look at it. Ever since Chris gave it to me I’ve been wearing the Swatch Full Blooded Gold watch (!) everytime I go out.
My optometrist looked at it with much interest and told me he used to be a big fan of Swatch watches and that he was working on restoring the old watch of his father. He even looked up the pictures of it on the internet! It was really cool to talk about watches with him because I’m very interested in them nowadays too. I bought some special watch magazines and read about the technology and (what I find very interesting) the history of watches and old brands.
It’s unfortunate that I haven’t seen much nice lady watches out there. Maybe it’s because I like somewhat manly watches
I still think my Full Blooded Gold watch is the most beautiful watch I own *tee-hee* Oh and my optometrist is truly a cool guy. The last time he also checked out Second Life™ on his pc …. Hahahaha ~
